Condo was well appointed and comfortable. Very nice large TV Bathrooms for each BR was great. One minor kitchen sink plumbing issue that I texted at 7:30am. Response within half hour and fixed while out that day. Pillows a bit flat and couch cushions as well but not a problem.

Great little place! Mixon is such a cool little community and this property is convenient to amenities. The rear common courtyard is charming and it’s just a walk across the street to the Mixon Market. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the condo was just as advertised. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen's appliances, large and small, were top knotch. The furniture was attractive and comfortable. Our phone calls were answered extemely promptly. I would gladly rent this property again.

There were no problems with the condo at all. It was clean, convenient to the beach and very well supplied. I think that the description needs to mention that there is a washer and dryer and also that there are some beach things that are available for use. Susan McEwen

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Located right at the base of Snowmass and within perfect distance of Aspen. It was the perfect landing spot after a long day of adventuring around. I highly recommend this condo!
