The Somerset is a beautiful condo that is well maintained and is perfectly located on the South Beach of Marco Island. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and the sunsets are phenomenal. The owner Mark is great to work with and will help do whatever he can to make your stay the best. I highly recommend this condo.

This home was beautifully decorated, very clean and had newer kitchen appliances. Home looked just like the pictures and rental company was very quick to respond to questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.

Had a great time with my family...the unit was nice..especially liked the 2 queen beds for my nephew and his wife..good space for them..our only real issue was the ice maker did not function...could have been user error,but each of us tried and none of us could get it to work...we would definitely rent it again...thanks...Bob

We were attending a conference in Whistler. The unit was clean and well appointed. While the walk to the Chateau, village is a bit long, the shuttle bus leaves regularly from the front of the complex. The complex has a jacuzzi as a bonus. The check in/check out process was easy. I would recommend this location for a quiet stay.

We had a great stay in Fanno Creek Retreat property. The house looked clean and everything needed at right place. All the electronics worked fine as expected. We never needed ping for any help! Loved the property and amenities!
