The condo was real clean and worked well for our needs. The listing is just as described and the location was great for our ski trip. We will keep this one on our short list for future visits to the area.

When you see the outside of Eva Street with the wild outside lawn you wonder can this be the right place with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths Yes it is! The interior is lovely, funky with high ceilings and plenty of sitting spaces. Walking distance to SoCo is a huge bonus Highly recommend!

This was a great vacation for me and my 15 year old grandson. I loved the short walk to the beach and my grandson loved fishing from the dock. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook,however so many close restaurants, we ate out mostly. Condo was clean, I would definitely stay here again.

Salute to Admirals Quarters

Our recent stay at Admirals Quarters 1103 was an enjoyable and hassle free experience. With the exception of only one working elevator, no problems were encountered and we found the room clean, with a beautiful view of the Gulf, tastefully furnished and decorated. Looking forward to a return trip!

Great house. Lots of room. Very clean. We enjoyed the pool and was very glad it had a safety fence around it since we had 2 children with us. Only downfall was a very busy road. You could hear cars going by all night long. Property managers were excellent with getting right back on any questions.
