Beautiful boathouse! It has internet and all the ammentirs you need for a getaway. It’s modern, clean, cozy and in a superb location with panoramic views. Queen bed (and a pull out queen sofa) it’s ideal for one person or a couple, but easily can accommodate a small family or two couples. Amenities galore and oversized dock to swim, paddle board, inner tubes, fish, and more!

Great set up for a family vacation. Plenty of room to accommodate adult and kids spaces. Great location with easy, walkable access to downtown Avon, Nottingham Lake Park, the bus to Elk lot to catch the free shuttle up to Beaver Creek Village for skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, etc. House had everything we could have needed/wanted. We will definitely book this place again!

My family and I stayed for a week and we loved it! The condo has plenty of room, is air conditioned, and is in a great location with easy access the beach, Publix and lots of restaurants & attractions. We also really enjoyed the pool area. We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay while in Maui. The beds were spectacular, the kitchen perfect for home cooked meals, living room was comfortable and spacious and the location was exceptional. Bring your family.... you will not regret it.

The location was ideally located for the activities we had scheduled and was easily accessible for beach and swimming opportunities.
