This condo is in an excellent location- close to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach! We stayed there with another couple, and although the condo is on the smaller side - it was not an issue and we were all very comfortable. Overall it was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at The Palms. Loved our 2br. 2bth. unit. Liked large balcony and great views of beach. Unit was clean when we arrived and had no real problems in our month stay. Nice pool and hot tub at back overlooking intercoastal Dock for fishing off of was great. Dolphins swimming by just about every day.

This is a great location in the heart of Vail, with easy access to shops, restaurants, transportation and the slopes. We stayed here in Spring time so did a lot of walking and found this apartment so easy to access. It has all the amenities you'll need for a short trip. The bedroom is tight if you are tall, but most places in Vail are to maximize the space available. Would highly recommend!

Great condo, very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Loved the patio and grill. Easy access to the beautiful beach, which is literally steps away. Condo is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. Would love to book again !

Quiet, the lake & swimming pool. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. All appliances work well. Washer/dryer, heat & cool. Peaceful - on 2nd floor - no high rise. Safe garage. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed - 2 master sinks. Would stay again. Roomy. Could us handrails to kitchen.
