A group of us came to Florence for work. Rather than renting separate hotels rooms we rented Siltcoos Landing. We ABSOLUTELY loved this house! LOTS of space for us to have our own rooms, bathrooms, and even separate kitchens! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The house was VERY clean and organized. I would highly recommend this house for any group.

Unit is exactly as described. Loved everything. Only reason my rating was not a 5 star was that the garbage disposal gasket was bad, and dripped below, which we caught with a bowl (very slow leak). Also, the unit had a non-functioning vacuum cleaner. We notified itrip of both issues and said they did NOT have to be fixed during our month stay.

We had a fantastic family gathering for our Navy son currently in Goose Creek. The house was really cute, clean, and perfect with the backyard fenced-in patio. We appreciated the time together, and the house felt like "home"!

My family of 4 had a lovely stay in Brackett Cottage. Very comfortable and charming, perfect location. Liann was an excellent, highly responsive host. 5 out of 5 stars to the whole experience. Highly recommend.

The entire experience of driving accident country to get there was so enjoyable. But then to be able to be able to stay in a townhome where you can come in every evening and just feel absolutely at home, was everything!!! It was the trip of a lifetime!
