The unit was fine, pool area was nice and ease of shopping and beach were very good. Getting in was a little confusing but figured it out. Would have been nice to have someone on sight to answer questions. Overall a good experience.

We stayed at Aspenhouse J3 for our 30th Anniversary. It was very cozy and just what we were looking for! If you’re into shopping, it’s not the best time to come as many shops and restaurants are closed. But if you love being out in nature, it’s amazing!

Condo was totally remodeled and updated. Super clean. Location was perfect. Walked out, start skiing. First time in Steamboat and the slopes are great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond THANKS!!!!

Really enjoyed the property. Quiet, serene. Beach is a 10 minute drive away and golf is much closer. We picked a spot on the beach in Sea Pines away from the Beach Club that was less crowded. Didn't golf or rent bikes but loved the kitchen, the screened in porch, the two decks and the three baths. Perfect for our mini-retreat.

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities are nice, we liked the hottub and the gym. You are so close to everything and the bus was great. Overall happy with everything and will stay again in the future.
