Beautiful villa. Our blender was broken and it was replaced right away. My only complaints are the fans in the bedrooms did not work well and did not circulate any air. Also the can opener was broken. Thank you! New enjoyed our vacation

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo, it was a wonderful experience. The condo itself was a haven comfort and style, with amenities that made the stay incredibly enjoyable. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added to the experience. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a rejuvenating getaway. It’s our 4th year in this home. Our entire family looks forward to this vacation. The pool was great. Just minutes from the beach. Plenty of rooms and private places for everyone. We’ll be back next year. The grandkids are already talking about it.

We stayed here during the memorial day weekend. The property was described in the listing, had everything required for the stay for 12 people. The community is nice and also people in the community are nice and communicative. Overall its a new, well maintained stay home.

My family of 13 stayed at the Mermaid House for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with ants the first night but I called Dan and he immediately called pest control and had it taken care of!! The house was clean and very spacious and just a short drive to the beach!! Would definitely recommend!!!
