This is a nice rental with a good view. A few items would enhance the unit. 1. Beds mattresses are terrible. A good bed makes a stay a lot more enjoyable. 2. TV has good picture, but response time to changing channels and turning on is horribly slow. 3. Mold on the front porch railing does not enhance the view.

Perfect cabin terrible vacation. On our arrival day we were met with a blizzard. Record cold and snow and it was only the day after Labor Day! Well you can’t control the weather. At least it was 70’s and sunny our last day. But we loved the cabin and we’re going to try again next year.

Fantastic condo. Well designed and furnished. Great views from all rooms. Been booking at Hampton place for years. 5307 has to be the best unit we have ever stayed. Clean, cute little room overlooking the gulf. Pool was sparkling with a convenient little tiki bar attached. Perfect for someone flying in for vacation...thirty minute Uber/Lyft ride from the airport, Publix, and restaurants within walking distance, on-site umbrella/chair and kayak rental..everything you need! We'll definitely be back.

This place is amazing, the view of the valley is superb, and the house is spacious on the inside. We had 10 guys here for a snowboard trip/bachelor party and it was the perfect stay. Super close to the free bus and 2 stops away from the gondola on that bus. Will rent again.
