Well maintained house, pleasant neighborhood, clean,… we both enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the floor plan with master on one side and other 2 bedrooms on opposite side… for a smaller house, there was great privacy. Mgmt made communication efficient and welcoming too!

The condo at Folly was perfect for me. I was staying by myself and it allowed access to all the city going-ons just outside the front door. A block or two down was shore. It could accommodate a small family in the living quarters but would best be used as a base with most of your time spent out and around. By way of endorsement, I plan to stay there again next year if it's available.

place was very clean and updated, great view, had no problems, walking distance to grocery and liquor stores. not nearly as crowded as up the beach. cant think of anything I didn't like about our stay!!!!

We had a great time - the place was fantastic- the location is very close to the beach and the pool and hot tub allowed us to relax and enjoy time at the house without having to go more than a few feet. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this was the best part- right across from the street and a few minutes from downtown Folly. Everything was clean & as pictured. The communication was timely and clear. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know. Stop your search here and book it!
