Love location, and set up of property. Flipkey needs to include the fact that there is only BASIC cable and that renters need to bring other forms of entertainment for small children. Such as a ROKU streaming stick etc. 1/2 bed pullout needs repair and both pullouts need a new mattress. Still enjoyed the stay.

We spent an incredible time at Coyote Den. Much better than expected. Every detail well thought out. Impecable. Would definitely considere it again to come back. Location is great as well to explore all areas of the nearby valley.

A wonderful place to stay

We were in the area visiting our son at Boarding School. This Black Bear condo provided a very home-away-from-home environment for us. Because of the fully stocked kitchen (housewares, not food), I was able to prepare home-cooked meals for our boy and really reconnect as a family. Did I mention the jacuzzi?? After a long day of river rafting, the units personal jacuzzi was a big hit as well!

Another Beautiful Bella Beach Memory

This was my second time at this property and 25th summer at Bella Beach. The no hassle, easy check-in and checkout process that itrip offers is amazing. There were no issues with the property and it was six days of soaking up the ocean view with easy access to the beach. Great customer service. Love this place and will book through itrip again.

The condo was very clean and the complex was beautiful. We ate at the restaurant on karaoke night and it was a great atmosphere. My only complaint is the hot tub was out of service. The views are beautiful.
