Condo was nicely decorated. Overall clean, but could use a good deep clean (base boards, floors, doors were dirty). Plenty of space, but couch needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Master shower not impressive; too small. The bunk room was small, but doable if door would swing out rather than in. Location great. View great. Elevators moved quickly.

This resort us wonderful, our 3rd visit. So close to Front St. and a great resort to just stay and rest at. The condo was well equipped, clean and had all the amenities that you would need. Highly recommended.

This is our first time in Pensacola. This place is everything the pictures showed. House is very nice and not too far from the beach. The house is in a neighborhood that we all felt comfortable in and you are also close to the bay if you are out on a walk you will see some water views.

2 bedroom condo. Nice place for our family. And affordable! Got to check in an hour early. Bit noisy first thing in the morning as it is on one of the main roads of Marco but we are early risers, so wasn’t a problem. Walking distance to joeys pizza and Doreen’s for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Clean and pleasant. Thank you

Fantastic Unit! Everything was in working condition! Very comfortable apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids, and needless to say the location right above the Treehouse was unbeatable and meant that we had plenty of time to drop kids off at ski school. Kim and Kim were always available and were extremely helpful when our flight was cancelled on our last day due to weather. Totally recommended!!
