We rented a home on Fripp Island for a 4 generation family vacation ( 13 people involved). It was lovely& we feel very grateful to the owner of the home as well as his property managers. They made it easy to enjoy- which is particularly wonderful for the 80 year olds involved.

We had some issues connecting internet and cable; Management ha been very responsive to get us up and running. Love the location overlooking the canal. Its quiet and just across the street from the beach.

Luney dunes was just as described. Comfortable oversized bed. Private entrance and deck overlooking the water. So peaceful. Close to downtown Newburyport to shop and have delicious food. The host was great and asked if we needed anything. I will book again!

The Blanchard Homestead is a perfect place to stay. Well appointed. Awesome patio for star gazing. Loved the fire pit. Centrally located and so close to many wineries. Good communication- lost power on our first morning and they were very responsive. Comfortable beds. Two recommendations : hang a mirror on the back of the door in the bunk room and some more hangers would be nice.

We had such a lovely time! The place was perfect! I kept saying all week that the pictures on VRBO did not lie, absolutely true to what was advertised. My family made wonderful memories there, and we plan on returning year after year as long as the house is available. Thank you again for making everything so comfy and easy during our stay. Goodbye Barefoot Hideaway, see ya again soon! :)
