Great place for a group in wine country

We had a great time at the Blanchard Estate. Our large group had plenty of space and the kitchen was excellent for cooking good meals. Each couple had its own bathroom and the scenery was amazing, with nice quiet nights. A couple of wineries were within walking distance. Communication was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second year at Banyan 498, and there will be plenty years ahead for us too! Very clean, love the space and the resort speaks for itself ! Loved the updated garage floor, so clean and fresh! Can’t wait to come back !

The condo was everything we wanted. Slightly disappointed that we even had to purchase small things like trash bags and toilet paper. Overall it’s a nice place, could be cleaner. Our feet were black walking in the room barefoot. A better mop would help tremendously. Although none of this would stop us from visiting again.

This was our 3rd stay in the flamingo house and we enjoyed it just like all the other times. We find this home very conveinent and relaxing and close to everything we like to do. The location is what keeps us returning to The Palms. They are updating their units with new flooring and more modern furniture. There is adequate cooking utensils, however they lacking on the number of plates, silverware,glasses to accommodate 6. Liz & Charles have been easy to work with.
