Our stay on the Bay was fantastic! My wife, daughter, and I needed time away as I finished my graduate degree this November. We were looking for a cozy cottage to hole up in for a week and just be at peace. We certainly found that!

Perfect getaway for a girls weekend in Idaho Springs! Great location to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown, quick drive to hot springs. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed, beds were big and comfy. Comfortable living room with plenty of seating and numerous channels on TV. Would recommend and return!

Great place with amazing location! Everything you could possibly need within 100 yards of the lifts. Close enough to the slopes to come home for lunch. Clean and well appointed. Felt like home. I'll stay there every time I come to Summit County, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin, Breck, etc.

Thank you! The Bracket cottage is a beautiful house. Everything works. The master bedroom is very comfortable. Although the other 2 twin rooms ( with trundled beds) are small, the toilet is good size for a family. We enjoyed this stay, walking to groceries, lobster rolls and muffins for all necessary comforts.

I am elated with my rental unit , it's too adorable, current in decor & fresh & clean! The grounds are beautiful & the pool area is private & its great to have unlimited hours to use it, unlike some hotels I've stayed at before.Its in as great location too, walking distance to the beach & the village.
