House was nice, everything still pretty new. Decent location in quieter neighborhood but close enough to Pensacola and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Dan & Patty were quick to respond to the few minor questions/issues we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! Beach was right across the street. Snapper jacks was so much fun and so good. We seriously were ready to move in and not look back! We are already planning a trip back ASAP! Wonderful & friendly hosts as well. They left us some welcome gifts and responded quickly every time. We look forward to coming back soon one day. Thanks for everything!!!!!

This was my second time renting an iTrip property in Newberg and it gets better each time! The house was comfortable and adorable. Blooming tulips and daffodils in the front yard completed the picture. It was everything we could have asked for. Our interactions with the iTrip staff were professional and responsive - including early check in and check out accomodations. We will be back!

We loved the place. The beach was close by and the kids loved it. We loved the wagon to take to the beach. The hot tub was also great and much used. The condo had everything we needed and was so easy to get around in. We will definitely like to stay again.

Very nicely appointed condo that is spacious. The kitchen had great appliances and the beds were comfortable. The inlet behind the condo which was easily viewable from the porches has the most pleasant manatee experience I have ever experienced. The housekeeper was quite nice on checkout day and provided some useful assistance as well. I highly recommend this condo.
