We have stayed in this particular unit multiple times and it always meets all of our expectations. We come to relax and enjoy the island and staying at Riverside is a great location and the people that live there are friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay in this renovated unit which suited us down to the ground! Only a couple of recommendations:improve the tv instructions( we struggled with this for some time), the patio was severely neglected( dead bushes and broken irrigation heads). Bruce who checked us in was most helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble. Would stay here again.

My family and I always enjoy staying at this wonderful condo. The location is great for summer and winter activities! They have everything you need to make your own meals. I really enjoy the wood fireplace in the winter . The Arapahoe Cafe across the street is GREAT! We look forward to our next stay at E-305!

The condo is very spacious, clean and had wonderful ocean views. The property manager as well as the on-site maintenance were awesome! The restaurant and bar were great along with the pools and other amenities! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent place! Ski in/ski out was a bit tricky but learning how to navigate prior to arriving would be key! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room! The garage is very small so a large SUV will need to park outside. But nicely heated for the skis and boots! Overall A rating and would do again! Make sure to bring extra towels for hot tub and they run short on them?
