I was very pleased when I rented 615 in March 2023 for spring break. We are back to celebrate Thanksgiving and I will be getting married on Friday at the beach near Sunset Grill. We love this condo and no complaints.

Perfect setting for long weekend with children and granddaughter. Lovely space tastefully modeled with high end fixtures. Not quite as close to Old Town St. Augustine but still walkable if fit. .

Fabulous location, condo overlooked the ocean....amazing views. Not a beach like pictured, do need to drive elsewhere to sit on a beach. Air conditioning in this unit needs fixed/reported to them so hopefully for next guest it's addressed.

Booked online - very easy process. We found it to be a great place that had everything we needed. It was clean & comfortable. We didn't have a car but it was not a problem, we just used the bus. We loved going to the hot tub after skiing/boarding. Management co was easy to reach. Wish we could have stayed longer!
