One of our best vacations yet staying at 13 d street. Just a short drive to the alligator farm and downtown and just a short walk to restaurants and snack places. Able to come and go to the beach at our leisure which made the trip super fun and stress-free.

Location, Location! A beautiful spot with easy access to the beach, the pool, the hot tub, bars and restaurants. From the booking of the stay to our arrival it was hassle free and we were so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the unit itself! If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be back!!

Very clean and comfortable! Loved having linens, towels, and essentials provided like soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc. Loved being a short walk to the beach and being able to have our golden retriever join in the fun. Thank you for the treats and wine.

We stayed at 1452 for four months this summer, and we really could not have been happier. iTrip was responsive on the (very) rare occasion something went wrong, and the owners were incredibly flexible. Beautiful views, wonderful house (including a great sound system in the theater room), nice neighbors, not sure what else you could possibly ask for!!!
