This place is nice. 3 bed 3 bath. Very close to the beach. The only negative was the elevator. It felt like it wasn’t going to make it much longer and there were signs warning not to hold it open. If the elevator was repaired or replaced then it would be perfect.

The booking experience was simple. Communication with the owner was appropriate and I knew exactly what to expect. The unit I rented was perfect--exactly what we needed for a long weekend/girl's trip!

Unit was excellent. Great view, right next to slope and across from pool/hot tub. One story unit and that was HUGE!! After skiing all day, the last thing I want to do is walk stairs! Condo mgmt/staff was excellent... avail. whenever we neede3d them for anything. My only complaint is the John Wayne toilet paper. Make sure to buy some good stuff at the grocery store!

It was super clean and the view and everything was great. Loved everything about are stay at the Grandview, loved the fact it had everything we loved to do sit in the hot tub that was super clean, to the pool table and the video game machine. We stayed at unit D24 very close to the beach and pool. The unit was very clean and nice. We felt right at home! They provided everything that we needed for the beach and pool. Next time we visit Sanibel Island we know where we’re staying!
