This is the second time we've stayed at Downtown Howelson B301 and we loved it! Great space with great views and walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of room for my wife and I and three kids. We will be back for sure!

Condo was perfect for us... Well equipped, spacious and comfortable, but still tasteful, homey and cozy. We love all the light pouring through windows & the open kitchen! Great restaurants & shops close-by. A nice crisp mountain escape from LA :)

The whole process of booking through our entire stay with ITrip was smooth, accommodating and joyful. The unit was clean and as shown. The staff of ITrip were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at the condo for 4 nights and loved it. Great location and very clean. Kitchen did not have anything other then items to drink and eat with (no spices, oils for cooking), but we were ok with eating out for meals. TV was strictly Roku with limited love tv. We used the pool and gym facilities a few times and they were never crowded which was nice.

Our stay here was perfect! The ocean views in the living room and primary suite are stunning. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the amenities are fabulous. The pool and the beach were very kid friendly. We had such a great time and would highly recommend booking a stay here!
