Lovely townhome!

We (2 adults and 4 teens) enjoyed a great weekend at this lovely townhome. Everything was very clean and in good working order, and the home is nicely decorated and furnished. Our crew especially enjoyed the private hot tub! There's a nice collection of board games, too.

We've always enjoyed the south beach property. Great view, heated pool, activities and a boardwalk. Trolley is free out front for travel. This particular condo is overdue for upgrades. Furniture is old, bed sags. Bed sheets are paper thin. Floors need replaced or cleaned better. Dust buildup on vents, doors. Overall we love the location and property but this unit needs an upgrade.

Great location, super clean. Very nicely decorated and nice touch to have box of game room pieces to bring down to use. Only complaint was the hot water was an issue for multiple showers in a row, shower would turn cool so we would need to take turns when showering from the beach.

We rented the house for my moms birthday and we really enjoyed the space. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful. Easy walk or golf card ride to the beach. We had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely come back.
