Nice place, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, but the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. We realize it's a revitalization effort, so that is understood. I think they are overselling the proximity to restaurants.

Had a great time. Few minor issues with property. Left list with property manager. Only major issue was exhaust vent over the stovetop range. During windy conditions dust and debris from outside enters unit. Having been a general contractor for 35 years my guess is the roof vent is stuck in the open position. The place is really nice. It was my first experience renting air bnb and they made it really easy. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach and inside has all the amenities needed. Including a little porch nice for sitting outside at night.

This condo was perfect our family. My wife and I had our daughter and two grandkids kids stay with us for a week during Spring Break. It’s right on a perfect beach with small crowds and family’s. Everyone had a great time Chuck Bivking

this unit is amazing!! we were seven people inside. Rooms are amazing beddings, kitchen everything!! and the foyer in the first floor to put on your boots and hang like 10 jackets and 10 helmets it’s a luxury plus !! def recommended and would come back! and itrip made everything easier
