We spent 5 nights here. The view is amazing. The condo has everything you could need. We thought we had an issue with the fridge and I reached out to the company. They had a maintenance man on-site within two hours. Turns out there was nothing wrong but they were very responsive. Would rent this place again and again.

An amazing condo! Plenty of room for the entire family. Views were beautiful. All the amenities offered were excellent. We've stayed at the beach club last summer and this condo far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely visit and stay at this condo again!

The house is great! We spent all our time on the lanai watching tv, swimming, and just relaxing! We were there for work. Everything we did for fun, shopping, food is all no more than 10 minutes away! Great stay! The hosts are very responsive and friendly!! I highly recommend and hopefully the house will be available when we come back in a couple months!!

My family recently had a fantastic stay at 1207 Gulf Dr. N. Bradenton Beach. Everything ran like clockwork from the start to finish. The hosts were great in fielding any questions and The location is perfect. There is convenience all around and the apartment was clean and well laid out for a very relaxing stay. Really enjoyable. The condo was so spacious and open. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Loved the view and the easy access to downtown Folly. Easy check-in and check-out. My family from Alabama enjoyed their time at Folly. My teenage daughters loved the place as well. We will definitely rent again. Nice and quiet, unlike staying in downtown Folly.
