We loved our stay so much! The house exceeded our expectations; it was well stocked, very clean and so comfortable. The communication was always clear and covered everything so we didn't have any uncertainty or have to reach out to clarity anything. We have already recommended this beach house to friends. Thank you for making us feel like we were at home!

1200 London is a beautiful , well equipped house. Thank you Barry for your attentiveness for making sure everything was fine with the house. (Which it definitely was!) We will return hopefully next year and enjoy all that Beaufort County has to offer!!!

Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this home over Thanksgiving. The kids loved the big bunk room, and the hot tub! We enjoyed the beautiful views as the snow was falling on the mountains across from us. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped to make our big Thanksgiving meal. Close drive to town, great location!

This was our first trip to Naples and we loved staying in #153! The location was just perfect. There was ample storage in all rooms and very comfy master bed! The lanai was so relaxing and such an added bonus. We loved not having to worry about beach gear because everything was there for us to use. We fell in love with Naples and can’t wait to come and stay here again!
