Great Condo. Spacious and clean. Very easy access to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked, but there is only one coffee mug so you might want to bring a thermos. Great view of the ocean, we saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of arcades and putt putt places near by.

What a wonderful place to relax. The sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep at night, and proximity to everything was wonderful. The cottage was light, bright and newly appointed with great linens, rugs, fixtures and a well planned kitchen. Lovely.

Had a great time. Few minor issues with property. Left list with property manager. Only major issue was exhaust vent over the stovetop range. During windy conditions dust and debris from outside enters unit. Having been a general contractor for 35 years my guess is the roof vent is stuck in the open position. The location was perfect, house on a very quiet street, we had restaurants walking distance or within 5-10 min drive. House in/out was clean and it provided with everything we needed. Host was friendly and accommodating. The yard was just enough for our pup, she enjoyed the green grass in the backyard.

This was our first visit to Pointe Santo and I know we will be returning. Our unit was just as described. It was quite comfortable and furnished nicely. I especially liked being able to see the gulf from the balcony. The beach was right there and the stars at night were amazing.
