Great place to stay! Clean, close to shopping and restaurants, minutes to the beach. This is the second year in the same complex but a different unit and they both were exactly what I expected. itrip is easy to use with no issues. We will be back next year!

Clean with a fantastic view. Without car, I could shop, go to restaurants, buy food to cook in a well organize kitchen. And what to say about the pool? Huge + a great hottub. I strongly recommand.

Had a great time in the town of Dundee. Our vacation rental met all of our expectations. It was clean, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Really great location as far as proximity to wineries which is why we were in the area. Would recommend the wineries, the town and the vacation rental!

Thanks for the very clean and comfortable accommodations. The parking was wonderful for our group. We really enjoyed the ability to have 2 kitchens and private spaces for those who wanted to sleep in or needed quiet places for study. The ability to be at the coast for fishing and crabbing in 30 minutes was a bonus. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Our studio itself was comfortable in building #1. The studio could have use some tweeking. The coffee maker took 25 minutes to brew one pot of coffee (big to us). But...it was comfortable and the pools were nice...once again just needed some big pots with plants...a bit more FL spiffy! Over all not a bad place to stay since can walk across the street to Bonita Beach!
