Surf Perch Review, St Augustine

Thanks for a tremendous stay at the Surf Perch, conveniently located a block from the beach made this a great place to stay. Plenty of space for kids to relax and 3 good sized bedrooms to accommodate family of 5. St Augustine is a great place to visit and Surf Perch is an ideal place to utilize to venture out to see the sights of St Augustine or laze around on the nearby beautiful beach.

This is a true hiding gem. The owner, Kevin is very accommodating. We all came into attend my Grandmother’s funeral and needed a place to stay. We are so glad to have found these beautifully decorated and clean homes. We will recommend these homes to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Communicating with Kevin is like talking to a family member. Thank you Kevin and God bless!!

This condo was perfect. Clean, efficient, amazing Gulf views and sunsets! We stayed for two weeks and loved every minute. Convenient to beach, heated pools, restaurants and services. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels provided too. We would love to come back. We were thrilled to find such a wonderful place for a winter respite.

Beautiful Townhome close to beach

Townhome was beautifully decorated & appeared to be recently remodeled. Furniture was new. Master king bed was very comfortable with adjustable head. 2 balconies & patio was nice to have. A 2 minute walk to the beach! I did find dirty cutlery, dishes & glasses in cabinet & drawer. Had to buy some clothes hangers as there were none. Also might suggest a regular full size ironing board.

I travel to Gulf Shores each spring with a group of friends. This condo unit was wonderful. It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was new and clean. Great vacation! We will go back to San Carlos again.
