Our family of 5 just returned from a 5 night stay at 7741 Teascone Blvd. The house was perfect - exactly as described. There was plenty of room for us to get together in the kitchen/living area and also plenty of space for each person to have their own room. The staff at iTrip was also very responsive and helpful.

We’ve stayed at other units in this complex which were managed by other rental agencies. They can’t compare ! This one was by far the best. This unit was spotless when we arrived, no hassle about the door code, and all of the amenities were in place. We will be back - thank you !

This house was wonderful for eight of us. We had game tables and dinner spaces plus every bedroom is appointed with a television. Location is fabulous for walking to coffee, dinners, ponce and the beltline.

The property is placed nicely relative to the beach.Road noise is a bit much during the day but at night it is low to none.There is a bit of hardwood floor noise when walking around but that is expected with any old property.I recommend the property for small modest family looking for a good beach stay.

A loveley location with a beautiful view, and a patio that was sunny in the afternoons. There was an updated kitchen, and newer flooring throughout, but upstairs bathrooms were in need of updating. The kitchen was well-equipped and the condo was spacious enough...other than the TV viewing area which was a bit tight with limited seating.
