I just spent a week in unit 1301 at Bethany Bay. The unit is clean and well maintained. The porch has a great view of the wetlands and the bay, it is a great place for coffee in the morning or to view the sunset in the evening. I would not hesitate to stay here again, overall 5 out of 5 stars.

The reservation was easy to make and the price was the best of all my research! One of the nicest rooms we have stayed and would definitely book again!! Appreciates the phone call after check in to make sure everything was ok!! It was a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Too Cozy. I personally enjoyed seeing a momma bear and her two cubs about a quarter of a mile down the hill. The location was in a great location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our cabin was clean and inviting upon our arrival and after a long day of traveling a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub was great.

Very nice place comfortable and efficient. Try to familiarize the location in the daytime to avoid unnecessary stress. Once you do, it’s easy access to everything and a comfortable 15 minutes to town.

This condo complex is located in the perfect location, close to beach and shopping. The condo is very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you will need to cook. The owner has taken care of everything you will need: hair dryers, iron, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
