Perfect Weekend at the Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and our stay at 7 Hickman St. The house was perfect for our group of 12; accommodations were very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened porches, the backyard, being so close to the beach and boardwalk. And the outside showers were a great plus. Thanks!

Was in Breckenridge from July 31- August 6 at Sunset One. Had a couple of small issues on day one but Jill and your maintenance guy(sadly I did not get his name) handled them quickly and efficiently. Enjoyed our week here. Condo met our expectations. Location was great. Seldom used our car.

This home was amazing in the most important ways! It was very CLEAN, nicely DECORATED and perfectly located right ON the BEACH. It doesn't get any better than this! The deck is HUGE and SPACIOUS. We highly recommend staying here.

The condo was great and the location was great as well. Really loved listening to the waves and watching the sunset every night. The management company was easy to work with and was responsive with any questions we had.

The place is really big - so much room for the four of us. It's not overly fancy and could use some new dishes, etc. but we really enjoyed having the lawn outside for bocce. Nice and quiet. We'd definitely stay there again.
