We have stayed in this particular unit multiple times and it always meets all of our expectations. We come to relax and enjoy the island and staying at Riverside is a great location and the people that live there are friendly and welcoming.

The view from this balcony is outstanding! All of the furnishings are very comfortable, loved having four recliners for downtime relaxation. Good flow in the unit, the AC works really good, and the water pressure in the showers was great!

Great little beach house!

My family and dog stayed at Hollis house for 4 days. We were pleased with the location (proximity to restaurants, dog park, boardwalk, etc.) Great front porch. The house was exactly as described in the pictures and write-up. My family and dog enjoyed our vacation!

12th Bday Getaway Success

I chose this location to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday by the beach per her request. This condo was extremely clean, roomy, secure and had an amazing view. The hosts were very responsive and if I could have extended our stay I would have. Pictures online were spot on. Will rebook for sure in the future without the kids.
