The location was great! I loved the closeness of the beach and the grocery store. Overall the unit was fine. I would say the bathroom could use a freshen up and the shower didn’t drain as we showered (but did after). The 2 bonuses to the unit were the chairs on balcony & the parking spot.

We brought a big group with teens to this home in July . Very nice townhome . Awesome kitchen and wrap around deck with hot tub Comfy beds and nice , big bathrooms . Excellent loft area with its own bathroom -great for kids /teens Owner was super helpful and very responsive . Home very clean and well maintained Beautiful home and convenient location .

We loved the condo and the location was awesome!! Would recommend this unit and will hopefully stay in it again. The free coupons was a disappointment the fishing was only for paid they would not honor the coupon and waterville was closed this time of the year. So I do recommend checking on these before you plan.

Kim, Lakes of Central Florida and iTrips are amazing. The unit is so comforting and decorated to the tee!! If I needed anything additional, Kim was on it (even though she was traveling). That right there tells you all you need to know. Also, great amenities and neighbors. Thanks again Kim!!
