Everything was perfect. House was beautiful and clean. Everything was stocked and price was very reasonable. There was ample parking for 4 cars which was important since all of us were coming from different locations. Central air was a bonus! And house is beautiful. Nice neighborhood and easy to find. Great distance to lake, and shopping and activities!

A couple of small issue checking in and getting into the room but both resolved on phone. Condo is great and just as described. Unit is well stocked with everything you need. A large Chefs knife or Santos would be great. Otherwise all you need. Highly recommend. Pool are is great and short walks to restaurants. A car for sure recommended here.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Fernglen. The house was beautiful and had something for everyone, the property was gorgeous. We will definitely be staying again. I also found Itrip Northwest to be extremely helpful and communicative. I always received a response to emails within 24 hours, but usually far less than that. We cannot wait to come back.

Cool house worth the money!

We loved the tankless water system! All 5 of us were able to take back-to-back showers after going to the beaches, which were well within driving distances to the house! We were able to buy groceries and grill out often while enjoying the fireplace. We will stay here again!

Amazing house!

Very clean and hosts had starting amenities like shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, and small bars of soap. 20 minute drive to UWF. Close to restaurants and down town. We felt safe in the neighborhood and would stay here again.
