Amazing house, great for a large group (or small) with tons of space. A stone throw from the beach/ocean as well as the downtown life of Folly Beach. The hosts were great and responsive to any questions we had. Overall an amazing experience, would rent this house again!

My family and I stayed at Ocean Villa #76 for a week in April. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very nicely decorated and was super clean. They had everything we needed for our stay. The location to stores, attractions, etc was perfect. The resort's 2 pools and accessibility to the beach was convenient. We will definitely return!!

Comfy, well decorated house, with a short ride (two minutes, maybe?) to nice, uncrowded beaches. The Sassy Bass is nearby, and they have everything you need. Tacky Jacks is another good spot that's fairly close. We'd definitely stay here again.

Loved everything and the unit being on the first floor & the view of the water, boats going by! Unit is very nice! Love having washer and dryer! Nice unit has a boat dock also! We will be back to this unit for sure!

Loved the location and all the supplies. Kitchen and living space perfect for family of 9 and beach walks. Plenty of dishwater and pots. Beach toys, chairs and wagon a great plus. Easy drive into Old St, Augustine.
