Great, comfortable, and clean

Very nice unit. Everything is as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are well and not crowded with furniture. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels are supplied. Washer and dryer are an added convenience. The view of the lake is stunning. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Kim and Charles personally addressed any issues promptly.

Beautiful mountain location, views everywhere. Great dog friendly space, nice place to walk the dog. Short, lovely drive to Steamboat. Comfortable, rustic cabin feel inside with wonderful king bed and lots of space. Friendly host A great getaway!!!

There were 3 of us for a Christmas vacation. The grounds at the Somerset are beautifully landscaped. The unit we were were in was well appointed. All line we and furnishings were in good repair. Loved the entry and beach cart. ITrip realty was wonderful to work with. I would have no hesitation in returning to this unit again

Perfect setting for long weekend with children and granddaughter. Lovely space tastefully modeled with high end fixtures. Not quite as close to Old Town St. Augustine but still walkable if fit. .

We had a great long weekend! We had a family reunion. The beach house was very nice and clean. The pictures on the site were very accurate. The elevator was quite handy for my mother who recently had knee replacement. It was a very short walk to the beach. Well stocked with appliances and cups, plate and utensils. A/C worked really well. Thank you for a great weekend!
