Comfortable condo in a great location. Help readily available when I had a question. Friendly staff. The only downside is that parking on the street is hard to find or impossible to find and we didnt want to pay $20 a day.

The location was great for us. However, the condo needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We found dust and trash behind one of the twin beds and the baseboards need to be cleaned thoroughly. Needed more towels for the 8 people that stayed. The dryer didn't dry the clothes and we could not find the vent to clean it out. Overall I would give this unit a 3.

A 5-star stay once more!!

Our stay this year was even better than last years. Why? Beacause this time it was 4 weeks instaed of our 2 weeks last time. The location again was fantastic, the apartment just the same as last time, now even with a new frying pan. Everything you need is availlable in the neighbourhood - a fantastic beach and a beautiful sunset. Already looking forward to next year ! Erik

We have been coming to St. Augustine for many years and this is the best place ever!!! It's close to downtown, but away from traffic. The house offers large spaces inside and out to accommodate guests. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for food prepping. We all give it 5 stars.

Very nice place. Would like to rent same place for next year. Only suggestion would be to put some night lights in rooms and hallways so you don’t have to turn bright lights on in the middle of the night.
