We enjoyed the spacious 3BR Condo. The place was beautiful. We enjoyed both the outdoor and enclosed pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We also enjoyed the roomy closets and dressers, since we stayed several days. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the TV/DVD when we lounged in the Living Room. Everything worked and we were very pleased. We will stay here again!!!

This was a great vacation. We had to be moved because of water damage last minute but it worked out just fine! Kara was able to get a replacement condo pretty quick! Surfwatch II 302 was nice and clean! Bathrooms could use a little updating but otherwise they served our needs! Thanks, The Downing Family!

The home was clean and cozy. We loved having the option to have all of us sleep in the loft so we could be close while staying for the weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice simple meal. Nice park near by with a trail for those who wanted to take a jog in the morning. iTrip was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home.

We felt perfectly at home at this condo. We loved cooking in the kitchen, reading on the lanai (every morning a must!), and full out relaxing. It's comfortable and clean, in a great location, and the art on the walls is perfect! Can't wait to return.

We've stayed at this unit previously and have really had a great time. The location is great, it's close to shopping, dining, and everything you would be looking for. The sunsets from the balcony are amazon and the beach are steps away. The condo is well stocked and having a washer and dryer is a plus. The only drawback is the the unit could use a good cleaning. Sherwood
