We traveled to Austin for a change of scenery and loved this house. It offered plenty of room for all of the adults (10), kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Pictures were a true representation of the home. Went to the Lake one day - a quick 15 minutes from the house, so good location. We will be back, for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral very much. We had never been to this town or area and found it better than expected. Flying into Punta Gorda was easy and our “home” was easy to get to. The community had much to offer and was pedestrian friendly, which as a walker, I appreciated. The pool and lanai area which looked out of the sliders and onto the canal…lovely. We will be back. Our vacation condo was everything we expected! Modern, roomy and fully equipped, it met all our needs. We loved the small pool in the condo and the full size one a short walk away. The area is quiet and in a good location, close to highways and popular attractions but still in a private area.

Great house. Clean, quiet, and serene. The kitchen was well stocked and there were games to play for when you didn't want to watch television. The house was spacious, but it was able to stay warm. Nice views of the lake.

We spent three days at River House. The home was very clean uncomfortable. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen seemed to be a well stocked. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to the grocery store and shopping. The communication with the property management company was excellent. We would definitely consider staying again.
