We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The available elevator is a must have for those not accustomed to high altitude and the hot tub was wonderful! The condo itself was spacious and the washer/dryer was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is what keeps us returning to The Palms. They are updating their units with new flooring and more modern furniture. There is adequate cooking utensils, however they lacking on the number of plates, silverware,glasses to accommodate 6. Liz & Charles have been easy to work with.

Very nice property and really easy check-in process and information flow. Only issue was HVAC. It was too warm in the condo and adjustments to the thermastats had no effect. It wasn't a big enough issue to call in. Another external issue: there was ice on the outside stairs on the slope side. it made the stairs a little dangerous.

the red tide is the only thing that made the stay miserable. the accommodations were fine, towels were easily accessible, the cottage was clean, everything worked fine. the internet was less than desirable but did work intermittently, everything was easily accessible. great location. loved the fire pit.

WE love the ocean!

Decks and view surpassed our dreams. Loved the private bathroom off the second bedroom. Beach wasn't too crowded- just enough to be interesting. Love the family's collection of beach art, and the tikki bar was a delight for outdoor dining. Owner and agent were super accommodating of our needs. We will return!
