From online questions to check in and out…..Great service! We had a couple of issues, as all houses do, and when I called Robbie answered the phone immediately! The maintenance man came right away and fixed the problem. Can’t ask for better than that. Next April will be our third time to deal with iTrip. Really glad I found them!! Thank you for taking such good care.

This was an awesome facility and had so much to offer. I would also like to say how easy Robbie made everything to book considering I had never booked a trip like this online. It was great knowing that if I had any questions I could reach out. I will definitely use them again!

This was our second trip to this same exact penthouse! Amazing views, beautiful and clean penthouse and so many dining and shopping options within reach! I wish the second master had a locking door and the large master had the blackout curtains but those are minor in the grande scheme of the very well appointed penthouse! Would recommend and would definitely return!

This place is great for a family visiting Disney or any other attraction in Orlando. The unit was clean, the check in process was a breeze and the management company sent an initial email with everything you needed to know. We have no complaints. When I travel to Orlando in the future I will try to rent this unit again.

We had a very good experience iTrip! The booking went very smoothly. We received prompt responses to our questions during the process. We had to change one of the date and they were very easy to work with. During the stay we needed a few items, dishwasher soap and a beach towel which we received the same day. We were very happy with the unit and iTrip!
