This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was very comfortable. Beautiful views from deck. Felt very safe with downstairs door always locked. Only complains too little light in bedrooms & bedding need to be updated.

Stayed at Midnight Cove 2 last week of April. Never stayed here before. What a great choice on my behalf. Place was super clean and convenient. Was hesitant because it was on the bayside with beach access across the street. Never an issue. Just a few minute walk. With a crosswalk right outside the complex. We had no issues and will definitely rent again next year.

The place is very nice and updated we had a few issues after checking in and had a hard time getting a hold of someone on the weekend but the issues were resolved Monday morning while we were at a family funeral. Haven’t used amenities yet as we didn’t have a FOB to be able to use them on Sunday but all is good now so far.

Ran low on towels and trash bags. Water leak on patio from AC unit which about caused us to trip and fall. Bugs in drawers which was taken care of by owner after we called and notified them. We absolutely loved the view and convenients to everything. Could have furnished a extra set of sheets and bedding especially when your there a week or a oven to make breakfast

We had a little AC issue, but they responded quickly making this a non-issue because of how professional the issue was handled. Nice touch showing up to a bottle of wine and local lemon snaps. Center of all that is Folly
