We had a great stay at our rental and didn't need to call iTrip during our stay. I did call prior to the stay and they were very prompt in returning my call and knowledgeable on the house I was renting. Information on the house was sent a few days before check in. No issues with checking out.

We love our place. The only 2 things I would suggest would be to let renters know how to get in the building when they first arrive. And then I'd suggest putting a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom as well. Thank you.

Loved the condo. Could have had more direction on what pool is part of the condo . if you call Uber be sure to note that you are at Dockside . There is another building across the street to the left with the same address.

We stayed at San Carlos 809 May 31 through June 4. This condo is everything it was said to be , It was very nice. The only issue we had was the last night the AC went out on us. Got rather hot but we did notify maintenance the next morning and they assured us this would be taken care of. Had a very fun relaxing Time. Thank you

Memorable and Magical Mountain Experience

We will definitely be back for another visit. Great location close to gondola area and free bus route. Awesome views from every window and hot tub. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of board games. Loft area upstairs with its own sitting area was perfect for the kids (or a whole family). Owner and manager great to deal with. Can’t wait to enjoy Steamboat in the summer.
