What a fabulous house for a few relaxing days with family. We appreciated the layout that gave us plenty of private space combined with generous common areas—with views all around. The stupendous kitchen, the multiple big screens, and the bocce ball pitch kept us entertained (while we weren’t out wine tasting).

The family came down for a graduation and stayed at the “kid friendly cottage”. It was a most enjoyable stay. Our family of 6 enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor facilities. Would recommend this cottage highly.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and the condo was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Beautiful views and plenty of room for our families. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but when we called/text maintenance, they were extremely professional and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo. Thank you so much!

We stayed at this condo for our honeymoon, it was very clean and updated . Location was excellent , we walked to restaurants and bars , only a couple minute drive to Johns Pass . We definitely will stay again soon !

We loved our stay at Hello Sunshine. The view is so peaceful of the Folly River. We enjoyed watching boats go up and down the river. Their home is decorated so nicely and the beds are very comfortable!! We have two young kids, and we were easily able to walk to the beach each day. We would recommend this place to anyone and stay again in the future anytime we are visiting Folly.
