5 Bedroom with Pool on Jaco Beach

Amazing 5 bedroom home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Located in the preferred south end of Jaco. Private and secure, this is a paradise to be discovered! Downtown Jaco is just 5 minutes away, with endless opportunities for fun. Shopping, fantastic restaurants, casinos and nightlife opportunities galore!

Enjoy the sunset from the hammock on the balcony or by the pool. Go surfing then have a barbecue and gaze at the stars. Amenities include wireless high speed internet connection and stereo with an ipod docking station. This is your perfect vacation beach house.

Designed with Feng Shui in mind, the ceilings are high, giving this house a sense of well-being. Thanks to the windows' design orientation, the kitchen and living area remain cool .

The Master bedroom boasts a King bed and private bathroom. A screened sliding glass door leads out to a balcony with a hammock overlooking the pool and beach. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a half bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway.

The fourth and fifth guestrooms (Double bed and Double-Twin beds) are located in a adjacent building within the property and are accessed by a staircase just off the main house front entrance. Each have a private bathroom.

The beautiful pool with trickling wall fountain and red palms invite you to do nothing but enjoy and chill out. Relax by the pool while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean.

There is plenty parking space and an automatic main gate.

Smaller groups (up to 6 or 8 people) are also welcome for a reduced rate. The fourth and fifth guestrooms can be locked off (not applicable for Christmas/New Year).

Security (Damage) deposit is $1,000, which can be settled with a credit card at check-in.

With the new highway from San Jose International Airport (SJO) the ride is now less than 60 minutes.
