Located in Gulf Shores, Island Tower #1202 is a beautifully decorated, spacious three bedroom that has everything you need to get into a relaxed mood: a view of the beach and the Gulf from the 12th floor, a deep breezy balcony that fronts on the beach and two bedrooms (including master) with glass wall/sliding doors to the balcony. When you first walk in, you'll remark how big the living spaces are! The living room has a cozy sofa and loveseat that face the water. There are televisions and DVD players in every bedroom and the living room, which also has a stereo system.

The building has only 3 units on each floor so that you're not sharing everyone else's party. For play outside of the unit, there is a fenced playground with slides, etc., and two pools, (one horizon pool on the beach, the other is inside upstairs). The fitness room, complete with machines and weights, looks out onto the beach, too. Restaurants, groceries, a water park and spas are all within a 5 minute drive.
