Very clean and good location. Not secluded, lots of other cabins around and some construction around as well. Close to Gatlinburg and close to Food City, grocery store. Bathtub and sink drains very slow but overall a good cabin...only real odd thing was having the jacuzzi tub out in the open. Hot Tub was good and clean. We did see a bear walking below the deck.

Everything was great and what we expected. The house was large enough for all of us including some quality quiet time for each family member. The only significant issue was the smoke alarms were beeping inconsistently on 3 of the 7 nights, there by waking up nearly all persons throughout those 3 nights that slept upstairs. Thankfully, Samantha Catts was available to come to our aid.

Love this place!  When we got to the home the bait freezer was not working.  Tina came to the house within an hour of reporting this and had the freezer replaced and cold before we got back from fishing the next day.  Best place we've ever stayed.  Can't wait to come back.

The Prima Court house far exceeded our expectations! Easy to find! More spacious than we were expecting! Tastefully decorated and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you need to entertain! No noise from I-70! We hope to return! My only suggestion would be invest in inexpensive stemless wine glasses!

The location is close to skiing, across I-70 but Simba Run has its own shuttle that takes you to and from the village for skiing and après ski/dinner. The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. Accommodations were nice and we'd stay here again.
