Great room, exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Convenient location: close to beach, grocery store, McDonalds, pizza, ice cream, etc. Beach towels in the condo was nice. Only suggestion for improvement would be new mattresses. Also be careful with chlorine level in hot tub because it faded our suits

We really enjoyed our week-long summer stay at Las Brisas. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had a magnificent view of the Gulf. We spent many hours on the balcony, which was surprisingly cool during the morning and early afternoon. It was an enjoyable and very relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful stay @ Midnight Cove II 2/4 - 2/18, 2017. Loretta & iTrip were great to work with and accommodated all requests. We would recommend both iTrip and Midnight Cove II for a great vacation on Siesta Key.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was exactly as we expected with lots of room. We loved the location of our condo: Beach across the road and with just steps from Publix supermarket made our stay so relaxing and convenient. Also lovely the pool area. Would definitely stay here again next time at treasure island.!!

Beautiful condo with nice furnishings. Great location between Breckenridge and Vail. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. First floor convenience was wonderful. Hope to stay at Salt Lick 4812 in the future.
