We enjoyed our stay in this nice home. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. The area was very private and quiet. There was a huge library of books both upstairs and downstairs. My only suggestion would be having an air freshener, as all of the old books did give the place a musty smell. Other than that, everything was great!

This place was everything and more! Great location, Great view! Beds were super comfy, everything was clean, food store was local and the owner provided beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, coolers and beach towels! I would definitely recommend this room! We will be back!

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our kids loved the pool, and they loved finding crabs down by the dock. We didn’t mind the short drive to Navarre Beach, as our family prefers to do day trips and then come back to a resting spot that is quiet, away from crowds, and away from tourist traps.

Booked this place for a game night for my 21st birthday. It was fantastic! The yard was bomb - bummer it was too cold to use the pool - and we had a great time playing pool in the greenhouse! There was plenty of space for the group and lots of comfortable options for those who fell out. We will definitely be booking again when it is warm enough for a pool party!

We enjoyed this property in Folly Beach. It is a convenient walk to restaurants. The screen porch and deck offer great views of the marsh. We enjoyed spending time on both, even in the heart of summer. We appreciated the communication with property management. Very helpful and welcoming!!! Plenty of dishes and towels were provided. Lots of space. We definitely recommend it!
