Spend a week or a weekend in this stunning 2 bedroom 2 full bath second story condo in Bethany Bay. It sleeps 6 in 3 beds: two queen beds and a queen sofa pull out. Just a 10 minute ride to Bethany Beach, you'll be able to enjoy endless amenities including a community pool, playground, tennis courts, golf (fee/pull), basketball, as well as free activities (see below). The freshly decorated and up to date condo includes the use of 2 two-person kayaks as well as 4 adult bikes. Use all at your own risk. This place is the bomb for activities like kayaking and biking!

Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive ONE pass per activity per home, per day including:

**These activities are NOT the same as what Bethany Bay offers. After you book, you will receive instructions from Xplorie on how to schedule your activities. It's easy.

Please bring your own linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances, Keurig combination coffee maker, dishes, glass and silverware as well as serving dishes, etc. To rent linens and towels we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. Pillows and comforters are there and the mattresses have pads.

When you're not out doors, relax on the screened in porch with your favorite drink and enjoy watching the wild life and sunsets. You can eat inside at the table for four in the kitchen. or enjoy the spacious living room. There are three tvs, living room and both bedrooms. Wifi, cable TV and stereo surround sound and a kitchen that is up to date and stocked with plenty to enjoy cooking. The stack-able washer dryer is in the closet. Enjoy the electric fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en suite full bath and the other bedroom has a queen bed as well with an en suite full bath. There is a pullout queen in the living room.

A wide range of dining options are within a short drive of the condo in Ocean View and Bethany Beach.

Wifi & Passwords: Yes, passwords will be at the home or in your check in instructions.
Pool Passes: There will be 6. Please don't lose any. They are $50 each to replace. 
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking in the house. 
Kitchens & Baths: Well stocked with all necessaries to cook for the advertised occupancy - but no spices or paper goods.
Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. 
Cleaning Supplies: A few will be there. It varies by home but most have brooms, vaccum cleaners, sponges.

Keys: There is a digital lock at the home. There is no office. Instructions are given when the balance is paid. 
Cancellation: This home has a 60 day cancellation policy. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance, which is available from us or other vendors. Please consult your lease. 
Parking: All homes have adequate parking. Where local parking passes are required for parking on the street at the house in-season, passes are provided.

Home away from home

This was a first and long awaited vacation with my son and his wife. I was a vendor at the Indian River Marina festival and they were my helpers. This condo was so nice because it gave us just enough room to spend time together while having our own space. The location was great because it was easy enough to get back and forth to the beach but so quiet and "away from it all". The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was casual and beachy and fresh. Very relaxing. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

The Condo is in a great peaceful location. Was surprised to find an on-site golf course which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Unit was clean and well furnished. WiFi worked well. Would stay there again.

We had the most amazing time at Bethany Bay, The Pointe!!! would highly recommend!!! Close to all beaches. plenty of things to do.... bike ride, kayak, swimming, golf. The view from our balcony was simply gorgeous!!!

We’ve stayed in Rehoboth in the past and wanted to try the Bethany Beach area. This condo we stayed at in Bethany bay was great for the family. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, awesome back deck views (especially at sunset). The house had plenty of items to use in the kitchen , laundry and bedding. It was pretty well stocked and super clean upon arrival. Drive to beach each trip was only 15 minutes, we also enjoyed the community pool daily. The people we met each day were all nice. Would stay again for sure if we came back to Bethany beach area.

For New Year's I decided to take some time with friends to explore Ocean View, DE. We stayed at a picture perfect condo in Bethany Bay’s The Pointe. The furnishings, the view from every window & the light were just lovely. We sat on the back screened porch & watched the sunset with wine before dinner, & were also able to watch the sunrise from the front porch. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, & there are plenty of restaurants close by. We walked the trails on site, plus there are bikes in the shed. The condo’s Air Scrubber system and private entrance without entering a building added an extra comfort level. Definitely will stay again in the spring & summer!

We were very happy with our stay here! The place was spotless, and communication with Jeremy was easy and quick. The location was perfect - near beaches, restaurants, food shopping, and plenty more. It was a nice quiet condo with a great view of the sunset! We really liked being able to use the kayaks and bikes provided by the owner. We highly recommend this place!
